Connect your Zendesk account

First, point Zendesk Sync by StackTie at the Zendesk account you want to sync. You will connect HubSpot straight after, in the same flow.

You will be asked to approve read and write access to tickets, and read access to users and organizations. Zendesk Sync by StackTie never deletes a Zendesk ticket or comment.
